Anyone have any thoughts/opinions on IV prep "robots"?
The kind that will take a vial, draw up diluent, push diluent into vial, agitate, and then push into an IV bag or syringe and label, weighing and scanning throughout the process?
Are they worth the money? Ready for prime-time or wait a few years? Do they require continuous babysitting? Institution-changing? Could load it up, enter in 100 orders at 8AM and come back at noon? A constant PITA and wished they never existed?
