so i really don't get when you give someone 0.9% NS versus 0.45%, and when to add 5 or 10 dextrose. anyone else have the same problem?

thanks. i have the wash manual but haven't really looked at it much....i read over the 1.5 pgs that it did have though, but i just needed some more detail. any other good sources?
