I’ve read interview guides for standard and MMI, but what about those team-based activities?

I’ve had one team-based assessment and wasn’t really sure what they were looking for. I guessed it was about being a team player, being creative and kind, maybe taking the lead if done properly, praise teammates when they get something right, being inclusive, compromise ideas. But I haven’t seen anyone else’s take on these and things to do/not to do?

I mean, it's pretty self explanatory and there isn't really a right way to do it (although there are plenty of wrong ways!). It's about how well you work in a team and how you communicate. If you're bad at this, there isn't much you can change.
