Cohort study …. Why were people tapered? We taper when super high dose, misuse or abuse, etc. These type of studies kill me, I wish the medical journals would just not accept this type of stuff … but maybe I’m just biased.

Put a ceiling in place and don't go over it. Tell your pts that. If they don't like it they can find a new doctor.

i do not believe any of them stated that they have any medical background. and it shows.
