Have any current medical students received a survey in the mail from JAMRS (Joint Advertising Market Research & Studies). Supposedly its on behalf of the U.S. Government. Mainly questions about my interest in the joining the military after my studies. Was just wondering if anyone else received this survey and if its legit.
