Nope. And you're kind of dumb for even asking. Most schools have their absolute deadlines before that.

the difference is, a september MCAT is accepted by most schools, a january MCAT is not accepted as explicitly stated by most schools' websites.

You're kind of dumb for talking about something you don't know. All but maybe 2 DO schools accept January MCAT, they advise it is not the greatest idea. But they still consider it. Don't be so rude - it'll bite you in the you know where. Thanks.
