So I'm taking the MCAT on January 28 at 1:30PM. I need some advice as I'm completely struggling with the verbal section. I scored a 7 on the verbal section on AAMC #3 and now I'm starting to freak out.

Realistically speaking, would there be anyway to bring this score up to a 9 or 10 by January 28th? I have EK 101 Verbal, and the EK: Verbal/Math techniques (there are a couple of passages in there).

What would be the best thing for me to do? I am confident I can score 12+ on the biology/physical science and now I'm just worried about the verbal. I have all of the AAMC and I don't want to use these verbal sections yet until I feel like I'm ready. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

its def possible.
you need to ACTIVELY go over your wrong answers and even your right answers. you ll start seeing a pattern. eliminate extreme answers.

Do every single practice VR passage you have and buy more if you can. You have a month left, it's definitely possible to get your score up. Analyze what you got wrong, and what you got right. Everytime I blindly guess on a question (doesn't happen on VR, since you can usually rule out the wrong answers) I make a note of it so that when I review my answers, I know that I had no reasoning behind my answer.
