Jefferson complete status?

Anyone know how to tell if your application is complete at Jefferson? I still haven't heard word from them, but I figure I should have by now. It's been nearly a month. Their FAQ section on the website mentions a 'status report.' How can you access that?

My advisor used the new electronic system to send out our recommendations. I know for jefferson it will say "yes" meaning they have received your letters, but it does not mean they have actually downloaded them. Which means that even though it says they have your letters, they may not have actually downloaded them or read them yet and your application is not currently being reviewed. So i am not sure how you can actually tell the difference between that and an app that is being looked over
