I posted before right after my MCAT scores got back, and I sent out my primary apps some time last week.
290: 8 PS 10 VR 11 BS
BCPM: 3.7
Overall: 3.8
Listed my ECs before, but over 1000 clinical hrs worked at hospital, Clinical Research Fellowship in Neurology/Psychiatry through the NIH that is the only one of its kind in the country (clinical rotations at the hospital with attendings for the fellowship also), volunteer work at a cancer institute and also teaching nutrition at a shelter for pregnant women in the city.
NY resident, applied to all SUNY schools, tulane, RFU, Rush, Loyola, VCU, Eastern VA, Drexel, Pitt (undergrad, its a longshot), SLU, louisville.

I was wondering if I should apply to jefferson? My best friend never got in with a 30P and 3.8, and I really really like the school. I've already spent so much money and if I dont have a shot then I dont want to apply. Same goes with Med College of WI. Other than that, any advice about my list so far?

interviews are great, but do they place a lot of emphasis on them or something? because I feel like certain schools give a lot of interviews no matter what. I know that interviewing is my strength, but are you saying that my stats are good enough to get me in?

Jefferson is an excellent school. Because of this, they receive a lot of applications and are quite selective. I think their MCAT average is around 31, but your BCMP is roughly 0.1 higher than their mean. You'd certainly have a chance. I wouldn't be surprised if you: got accepted, got an interview but then a rejection or got no interview. It's hard to predict, though I'd encourage you to submit an application.
