Would some of you guys that will be graduating soon share what your jobs offers have been like? ie..salary, bonus, tuition forgiveness, many offers, relocation assistance, differences between retail and hospital offers, vacation time, work schedule?

Wow! That seems pretty decent for a hospital job. Will you be on staff in the inpatient pharmacy or will you be doing rounds at all? Congrats!

I'm graduating medical school in a few months, but I have plenty of friends who are pharmacists (graduated within the last 3 years). I sometimes regret not going PharmD instead of MD. Lots of money and you can leave the work at work.

Anyhow, my buddy Joe works retails in Dallas. He gets $60 an hour. Apparently the PharmD shortage in Dallas is reaching crisis proportions. He had a $10,000 signing bonus.

Another friend was hired in Tulsa for $90,000 a year for a 42-hour work-week.

PharmD's have it made.
