Job outlook for PhDs in translational research

I want to eventually work in industry as a biomedical scientist. How would PhD programs that concentrate in translating basic science to clinical research help in my future goals? I was looking at Baylor College of Medicine's Translational Biology and Molecular Medicine program. Their curriculum includes a clinical rotation to know the clinical side of research and you also have a clinical portion with your basic science project. Is this a good program?
