Hey guys,
I am about to graduate (in 4 days!) and have two very different job offers that am I am having a hard time choosing between. I am really hoping for some input that will help me make up my mind. =) Thanks!
Offer 1 - chain pharmacy, great pay, great sign on bonus. I have worked there for awhile, already know the computer sys. Very busy store, feel somewhat more likely to make mistakes due to speed. No lunch, no real breaks.
Offer 2 - clinical call center. Brand new type of job for me, offers good training. The pay is 15k less a year, sign on bonus is also 15k less. But, not nearly as busy, and get breaks. Also, probably using more clinical knowledge, because all calls are about dosing, drug adverse effects, etc. No insurance.
Neither job has holidays, same vacay amount, etc. 401k with chain is way better. I have tons of student debt.
Which would you guys take? I'm usually way more decisive, but each job is so good in its own way that I can't decide.
