what is the job security/turnover in private practice anesthesia and academic anesthesia?

for those of you in private practice, what percentage of new hires don't "cut it" after a few years

how does this compare to other areas of medicine?

given the commodity nature of this field, does politics play a much bigger role in one's job security?

also how difficult is changing jobs in anesthesia? lets say you have one group you don't like or have a bad experience in. If there are only a couple groups in town, does that mean you have to pack up and find another city? do attendings ever get "blacklisted"?
