Job Shadowing on AADSAS

How did you guys list your job shadowing experience on AADSAS?
For me, I did exactly just that.
Just sat back, asked questions with a clipboard.
My friend I just add more details, kind of like how you would on a resume, but I am not sure how that should be done.

i'm wondering how to list some of my job shadowing. i shadowed at both a private practice and at a university/hospital attached practice that included ortho, oral surgery, etc. for this second shadowing experience, i have a couple hours here and there for each specialty. should i list them all as separate (would this look silly because they would be like 3 hours each?) or put it all under one because it was at the same place, and just list the specialties i observed?
