I was just wondering if being trained and certified as a pharmacy techncian would be a favorable quality if i was to ever put it on an application to a med school.regardless it is something that i wanted to learn.

Yes, I would think it would be something favorable to put on the application. They like to see that you have work experience, especially in the health field.
