Anyone else noticed an uptick in communications from locums agencies lately? I've seen posts for inpatient work reimbursing $200-240/hr, even in some nice locations. I'm sure it's gruelling work, but it seems the market is pretty strong right now. Maybe a combination of older psychiatrists retiring or switching to telepsych and increasing demand for mental health services?

I can't say I've noticed it go up exactly, but it's always been so extremely high. I've had to set up filters on my email. Perhaps your info got shared with some new databases recently?
