I have not received any email/confirmation from John Hopkins. I looked at their online secondary application. Do I suppose to wait for a response from them before filling out the secondary? Thanks!

No. I had submitted my secondary BEFORE I received the letter inviting me to complete it if I had not already done so... Do it!

On second thought, I applied to Johns Hopkins

John Hopkins is actually an employee at Johns Hopkins Hospital...
