Hello everyone,

I am just wondering, besides Widener and Nova Southeastern, is there any other programs or joint degree programs out there that link psychology and business together?

I am thinking of PsyD/MBA programs, PhD (psychology)/MBA programs, Organizational Psychology in either PsyD or Phds, Industrial Organization Master or Doctoral level programs.

What programs like the ones above have you heard of? Where did you hear/learn about them in the first place?

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

Best
Elial

Doing a dual program is expensive (tuition, lost years of earning, etc), so people need to have a really good plan if they want to come out ahead. The vast majority of MBA programs are not worth the $, so if you aren't going to a Top 10 program, I'm not sure it will be a financially viable option.

As an aside, an MBA and an I/O degree are very different animals...so I'd recommend drilling down and figuring out which one is a better fit, as it most likely won't be both.

Thanks for your reply! But I think you misunderstood the purpose of my post (I wasn't clear in the first place). I am not thinking of applying to programs of the above nature; I am being asked to compile a list of programs as a resource for those who may want to have a business/organizational focus while pursuing studies in psychology, and that's why the range is so wide.

This. Dual programs at the graduate level are hardly worth it, ever. I do not know that compiling a list would be worth it.

I suspect that largely depends on what you intend to do with said degree(s).
