PRS is also an excellent journal which covers all topics in plastic surgery including those you've mentioned. Hope this is somewhat what you were looking for.

The aesthetics journal is simpler then PRS but dwells on technique more then general knowledge Annals of plastic surgery has more general articles with less basic science. Another one that's good for the casual reader.
