2 dilemmas:
1: I need two science professors. One replied saying he can't write my LOR. So should I request a LOR from a Physiology prof (my major) which I got a B in, but an A- on my majors paper and A in lab? (Physiology majors break it down to a major paper, a lab, and course). OR should I request a LOR from a Histology professor which I got a A- in?
2: I shadowed my dentist for over 550 hours (8hrs/ week). Should I request a LOR from him or from non-profit dental clinic that I shadowed 20% of the time, participate in screenings 30% of the time, and did paperwork (filing, entering on excel, etc) 50% of the time for a total of ~150 hours of volunteering/ interning. I would most likely get a LOR written by the Intern Coordinator.
Bottom-line. From who would look better in each dilemma?
