If you don't have a grade to report when you apply, how will it affect your AMCAS GPA?

Not possible, you cant update your AMCAS. Once you submitted your AMCAS and it is verified, that is the GPA the schools will see.

Thank you, I thought so. lol...I should know that. AMCAS seems like so long ago, but it's only been a year.

Some schools will ask for updated grades as you get them, but many don't. I don't think I had to update any of the schools I applied to. But it may help to send in an update after a strong summer/fall if you are a borderline applicant.
