Hey guys, this is my first post so excuse me if I make some kind of noob mistake. On to the question:

Does Calc count as part of the Science gpa along with gen.chem, org.chem, physics, and bio?

thanks

I believe that AADSAS calculates both a biology-chemistry-physics GPA and a science GPA. Calculus counts towards your science GPA.

What if you received a F in a pre-req and you take the course over and receive an A, does AADDSAS take the higher grade? Or are both grades calculated for an average?

both grades are calculated!

Well, in theory it doesn't matter if they require it or not. You'll be taking LOTS more classes than just pre-reqs, and those classes comprise your overall GPA.

I don't think an F in Calc. would be detrimental in every case, but it probably begs the question of why you didn't drop out and take a W or something other than a failing mark.
