Hi all,
I was recently accepted to Upstate Medical (I'm a senior in college right now), and was just a little curious about orthopaedic surgery; the lenght of residency, the lifestyle after residency for the most part (I've heard that most ortho-surgeons manage pretty decent hours, for surgery that is, with reasonable call shifts and such, and was wondering if anyone could enlighten me about this especially).Lastly, if anyone could please give me a little info about any similarities between ortho-spinal and neurosurgical-spinal? Thanks a ton for anyone taking the time to reply, it's very appreciated.

Anybody at all?

In general, most posters here don't waste our time regurgitating easily-accessed information that can be found anywhere on the web, in books, or within this forum itself.

Your question is analagous to sending an email to the admissions department at Harvard that says, "I was wondering if you could tell me how many credits are required to get a Bachelors degree, what degrees you offer, and where your school is located?"
