Just Finished Ck....some tips

I just took my CK. Lots of OB questions than i expected, in fact, in terms of items...it is almost the same with i.m....endo questions really hit me hard...maybe browsing some extra pages on thyroid, adrenals topic will help. As for pedia...scan some pages on immunology, gastro. Kaplan notes with FA and UW really helped...but its just a matter of how you have really mastered ur reviewer whether its FA, secret or kaplan.
For those who are preparing a game plan...i recommend to start on the clinical presentation of a disease first then for the second reading start reading the diagnosis and treatment, making notes of the latter and taking notes of the key words for signs and symptoms will really help organize your thoughts. definitely you will not be able to store tons of info to our brain cells so just stick with key words thats all....Lastly pray pray and pray.....good luck to us!!!

I had a ton of psych questions. And rheumatology as well. I only had two of the media questions. Overall, I didn't think the exam was that bad, but I guess we'll see in 3-4 weeks.

What do you think is good enough for Psych on the exam? I plan to just focus on the Kaplan notes plus doing the questions from USMLE World... is that good enough? Thanks!

Kaplan lecture notes prove to be sufficient when studying for psych - make sure and complete the epi section as well.
