Ya so I just got home...damn that was a long exam.
First off, I ran out of time on almost all the questions...I finished all of them but on one section with 3 seconds left I had to put an answer and just put "C". Then that f'ing dialogue "time is up" popped onto the screen, but I got a chance to read the question...SO DAMN EASY!! AAAARRRRGGGG 😡 It was Temporal Arteritis...
So it was true that you should know alot about the basic diseases/meds then know all the random ones. I had NOTHING on Von Hippel, Wilson's, Hemochromotosis, sideroblastic anemia, MEN I/II, etc.
I had so many PE questions...twas like a gift!!
Lots of medicine and "what is the next best test"
Some ABC management
I had a section on FLUID management!! That's BS!! 😕
There was a good number of Ob/GYN, but nothing too hard/crazy...one FHR tracing, one about decel's, and one about indications for a C-section
Psych was not bad at all, but some of the drugs threw me off a bit...
Peds was fine, I can't believe that I memorized the vaccination schedule... DIDN'T need it all ALL!!
Diabetes was a BIG, BIG, BIG topic, as well as HTN, murmurs, pulmonary, and neurology lesions/testing...
The stupid piece of **** computers at Prometric SUCK DONKEY BALLS!!!
I am planning on complaining...my eyes were KILLING me after 4-5 hours...guess it doesn't help that I have a nice 24" monitor at home 😀
