Hey guys
I took the DAT yesterday and my scores are as follows:
Ochem = 27
Gchem = 26
Bio = 24
TS = 25
RC = 22
PA = 20
QR = 15
AA = 23
First of all I want to just thank everyone on here, I never could have gotten these scores without everyones posts as far as study materials etc.
The reason for this post is concering the 15 in QR. I know some schools have certain "cut offs" for every section. What do you guys think? If I did a retake Im sure I could pull QR up a bit, but I am afraid I could never replicate my 25TS or my 22 RC. I was usually scoring closer to 22TS and 19 RC on practice tests.
I am a NC resident and would love to go to UNC, but I would be happy at ECU as well! I have a 3.3 overall GPA with a very strong upward trend. My freshman/sophmore years are an embarassment; I made terrible grades. I was much more concerned with "where the party was" than studying back then. I graduated with a business degree (finance major), worked for about a year in commercial credit, and then returned to school to take the dental pre req's.
What do you guys think about a retake? I really hope that 15 isn't going to be a problem.
