Just got accepted to USC

So I just found out I was accepted into the fall 2012 DPT program at USC. I'm pretty stoked (especially since I only applied to four schools). That is the first school I have heard from so far. I am still waiting to hear back from University of Washington, University of Puget Sound, and Western University of Health Sciences.

For those who may be curious about my stats:

Major: Pre-Physical Therapy
GPA: 3.92
GRE 154 Quantitative, 155 Verbal, 4.5 Analytical
Observation Hours: 60 Inpatient, 60 Outpatient
Extra Curriculars: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, teach guitar, volunteered at elementary schools running PE games
Rec. Letters: 3 from PT's, 1 from pre-pt advisor / kinesiology professor, 1 from exercise physiology professor.

Hey congrats! I got accepted to USC a couple weeks ago. Are you going to the "reception" in January? I also got an invite for an interview at WUHS back on December 5. Have you heard from them yet? I am planning on dropping my interview though so it should open up a spot for someone else to get interviewed. Good luck! And happy holidays 🙂

I was just invited for an interview by WUHS, but I also just sent in my deposit to go to USC, so I'll be declining WUHS invitation. I'll be moving down to L.A. sometime this summer.

So pumped!!! 😀
