:scared: Waiting is killing my confidence. When I was filling out applications I was doing great, but now, not so much. My transcripts took forever to get in, so my aacomas was just sent out this weekend. I can't wait until I have a few more secondaries to fill out - gives me something to do besides wonder "why did I just waste all my money applying to school - I'm clearly not getting in". I applied to MD programs too - I think I like DO better - and I've been complete on those for a looong time. The silence is killing me!

I sent out my AACOMAS as soon as possible (early July) only to find out that there were some problems with the receipt of my transcripts -- not my fault, either my university's or AACOMAS'. Sometimes, even if we do everything right, something else not within our grasp messes up. Also, I did my AACOMAS and my secondaries early but what took a while is the Pre-Health Committee Letter. My advisor took some time to get that organized but once it is fixed, he seems pretty quick in getting it out to schools that need it.

The wait is a killer. What's even more painful for me is that I know that my parents are anxious too on my behalf.

Hang in there though!

Yeah, I'm trying to coordinate with a long term significant other.. Muy stressful. Good luck!
