Have you noticed that most of these bills for us are being introduced by Republicans? I think this shows who's more 'friendly' for our cause.

No offense meant here so dont get all freaked out and start trash talking and taking personal shots. But the reason you had these bills introduced b/c you anesthesiologists are in the good ole boys club at your country club. Slipping senator Greedy Gut McGraw at couple of G's after the game of golf can get your agenda more noticed than it was. Guess the ASA is contributing more to the GOP than the AANA. Come on louisiana senators introducing a bill saying they need more anesthesiologists. Last I checked with my old boss who is now an anesthesiologist in Louisiana they had plenty providers MD's and CRNA's. In fact most CRNA jobs there are lower paying and not that easy to come by these days. This I know for a fact. That just goes to show that you can give money to any senator/Rep and as long as your agenda isnt out of line with the overall agenda of that party they will take the moeny and try to sneak your wishes in the back door of some bill. Guess my party may one day Fukkk me over. May have to unwilling go Hilliary 08 to protect my profession and family.
