Hey,
I just took the DAT and these are my scores

PAT 20
QR 19
RC 17 🙁
Bio 18
GC 18
ORG 19
TS 18
AA 18

I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight about retaking it to try to raise my RC score. I have a 3.3 overall GPA and a 3.2 science GPA so I was hoping to have a higher DAT score to balance me out.

Any insight you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Unless you have some really insane extracurriculars that includes shadowing/research, I think it'd be best to retake it. I'm in a similar boat, and I'm pulling for a 26 AA haha.

For the RC portion, try using Examkrackers 101 passages for the MCAT verbal - search it on amazon.com or something - i haven't used it yet but i hear it helps tremendously.

i dont think that you have bad scores or a bad gpa i had approx the same GPA and a little bit better scores on the DAT and i had three interviews two waitlist and one accept so i hope that makes you feel better
