do you know anybody who drop out dental/opt school and gain admission to med school? how would adcom look toward such applicant??

i'm amazed at how anyone could go through 2 years of medical school and then start over at dental school. seems torturous to me!

Looks good on the resume.
He could say, after 2 years of medical training, I found out what I really wanted to get into for the rest of my life, is to be a dentist, and I'm sure I have the knowledge to do so due to the 2 years I spent in meds school.
