This man comes up to the counter this morning asking for this OTC drug called K2 that he read about in the paper today. He said that it is legal marijuana and recommended that I ask all of the "young kids" about it. As I inform this 50 year old man that we do not have such a product, he offers his phone number so that I may contact him when we get it in stock.

Ever since the bill to legalize medicinal marijuana passed in New Jersey, we are constantly asked when we will be able to dispense it.

you don't even need medical pot laws to sell K2, it's legal to begin with...but i guess it's stoked interest.

Pharmacies was never dispense "medical" marijuana. That is a surefire way to loose your DEA license. Most pharmacies will not sell exempt narcotics as OTC; why would they sell an illegal product.
