Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara vs. White Memorial residency?

I'm looking for some advice in comparing these two residency programs. I know that neither are known as world renowned academic institutions, but would like to know if there is a substantial difference in reputation (among the California OB/Gyn medical community) between these two programs. Reputation aside, is there any substantial difference in terms of training and opportunities for fellowship between the two programs? Any other factors that make one better than the other?
