Got off the waitlist today for Kansas COM. I know there has been a lot of bad things said about this school. It's my only A, so I would have to reapply. Should I take it or gamble another cycle?

Going to KS"com" in its current state will do more damage to your medical career than dumping the A and reapplying.

Therefore, dump the A (I do NOT make this recommendation lightly), and work on bettering your app for the current cycle, or next year's. Med schools aren't going anywhere.
