Worth it if you need structure and routine for the hours of studying per day that you will have to do. I did a 4.5 week long bootcamp that was 11 am to 6 pm with optional evening live sessions. Some of the strategies are poor though, especially for CARS. One tutor gave a lecture on the concept of spaced repetition, but refused to mention Anki for some reason. Funny enough, they stated most students don't improve much by the end of the boot-camp, but will get a score boost of up to 10 points during their last month (due to being able to focus on your weaknesses). This most definitely happened for me, god bless UWORLD (Kap 496 diagnostic to 513 test day in 7 weeks). It helps with content to an extent...some of the high yield stuff like metabolism is unfortunately covered only in the evening live sessions, and Orgo is more or less ignored. The 1 hour small group sessions were not all that helpful, and we spent time going over practice passages far more difficult than what is on the real test (one example was a P/S experiment with three extremely confusing figures that were all inter-related). The program was most helpful for boosting my P/S and time management, but if you already know how to structure your time, I wouldn't bother. One nice thing though, is you gain access to all Kaplan materials, live and recorded lectures, and AAMC materials. We also have permanent access to a Slack channel, where you can ask questions for free even after the program ended.
