This is for anyone who has taken the DAT and a Kaplan course...

I would like to know thoughts of the Kaplan course as a whole. I begin my course this Saturday and before getting started I would like to know some thoughts of those who have previously taken the course and how they feel that Kaplan prepared them for the test. Also, any recommendations of study materials to go along with the course. I will be using Crack DAT, Destroyer, and Cliffs Bio and Chem.

You get as much as you put in from the class. In retrospect I thought it wasn't worth the money, but sometimes hearing the info aloud helps to comprehend it more.

The online stuff is all I really valued from Kaplan, the class was someone reading through notes, they are not a teacher, just a giver of information.

You should be good with those materials (they were all I used). The Kaplan course was a waste FOR ME - If you have the materials and the online material that they gave you, you're fine. They did nothing in class that I didn't do on my own. Waste of my gas $$ lol. Some ppl say the opposite though so it all depends on the individual.
