Kaplan bio flash cards helpful?

I heard some students talking about Kaplan DAT Bio flash cards. Are the Kaplan cards DAT specific?

Has anyone used them and found them to be helpful?

I had the Kaplan cards, they weren't very good. I'd say skip them in favor of something more comprehensive.

i used them and i would say they were not helpful at all. Kaplan as a resource is pretty weak.
