I have 2004 version blue book.
I went to ebay and found out that they just released 2006-2007version i believe and it was dark blue color.

are they exact same in terms of contents and practice problems? or did they just edited some of the typos and pictures and stuff?

Yes they r exactly the same besides the cover. just checked it out at barns n nobles.

They newer version cuts out about 11 pages on respiration
