Kaplan DVDs (specifically for immuno)

I have absolutely no background in immunology beyond what I learned in medical school (which was very poorly tought in my opinion). I've got the Kaplan DVDs and I'd like to make some use of them, but before I invest time watching the immunology stuff I was wondering if anyone can comment on whether or not they used them and if they found them to be good (esp if you didn't know much about immuno beforehand)? Thanks

the USMLE immuno videos are awesome....take it froms someone who couldnt even figure out the difference between a T cell and a B cell =)

but in all seriousness, if your immuno sucks it'll be well worth its while to spend those 5 hrs with the video. good luck!
