Just started going through this and I think it is really helping, but the calculations seem a bit nuts to me.

Has anyone else used this, and has it helped in PS and/or BS?

The calculations are designed to be crazy so that when you have "normal" MCAT calculations they will be relatively easy and less time consuming.
