You are better off using your time focusing on the material on the syllabus: Core notes, required pre-class work, recommended topical homeworks, topical tests, and full lengths. Kaplan gives more than enough practice material. I never bothered to use that book when I took the course. Follow the syllabus to the teeth and you will be fine.

the high yield is very helpful but so is all the other material on the website. if you need more material and want to fine tune your concepts then this HY book is good to practice. its a bit tough in the physics but i feel it helps you understand the approach and conceptual understanding.

Its worthwhile to look at to see some wrong answer choice pathologies, and pit falls along the way. And if its a specific question type that you tend to struggle with, it can provide a bit of a cookbook way to answering it, though they tend to be very drawn out and mathematical (especially PS).
