Has anyone tried the Kaplan Integrated Vignettes Qbank as a resource for questions? if so, did they help prepare as much as regular Qbank? A friend of mine bought it and I saw some of the questions, and they seem a little bit easier and more waffly than the regular Qbank q's. I was just wondering if anyone had success with using them and doing well on the USMLE I so I can advise her as to whether to purchase regular Qbank as well.

Hey -
I'm working through some of the IV (i probably wont' get to all of them though) . and I agree that they are easier. The nice thing about them is that they give you one scenario and work through several different aspects of it; so if you're looking for something to give you an overview of one disease process, etc. they are good. I think that the regular ones are probably more helpful over all though.
