This is my so called "success kit" for gaining admission to medical school. All you need is everything in here--admission guides and Kaplan course books--to perform up to your expectations. Why take the Kaplan MCAT course for almost $2000 when you can have all this for a fraction of the cost?

1) Kaplan Course Materials – 2008-2009 version (used during the Summer of 2009). Some of these books contain marks/highlighting, but they're to your benefit.

2) Schaum's Outlines – The books contain no marks/highlighting. They're good for additional information for a deeper understanding of certain subjects where Kaplan books are lacking (but for the most part the Kaplan course books are detailed enough). However, these books are a must have!

• Genetics
• General, Organic, and Biological Chemistry
• Physics for Pre-Med, Biology, and Allied Health Students

3) Admission Guides – these are the most current and updated versions. The books are in brand new condition. You'll need these for sure, especially for understanding the how, where, when, what on applying to medical schools (specifically the requirements & in-depth statistics for each school). This will give you a leg-up on everything so nothing comes as a surprise; it's very helpful and a must have!

• Medical School Admission Requirements (MSAR) for 2010-2011
• Osteopathic Medical College Information Book for 201

4) Kaplan and AAMC Tests – Paper versions of them. There's nothing better than these tests for practice. This is the best way to gauge your performance.

• All 8 AAMC tests with explanations to all answers
