I just completed the Kaplan Natural Science Workshop A, B to see where I am standing up on natural science sections. If anyone has taken these tests and real DAT, please address me how these tests are related with real one...
Here is my score.

Kaplan NS Workshop A: raw score.
Bio: 30/40 (-10)
GC: 23/40 (-7)
OC: 28/40 (-2)

Kaplan NS Workshop B: raw score
Bio: 25/40 (-15) it is very detailed... I feel it is so much harder than the workshop A.
GC: 23/30 (-7) It has so many calculation based questions..
OC: 25/30 (-5)

In overall, I felt the workshop B is harder than A... I don know it is just my case or not. I found my weakest area is definitely BIO section. I knew it would be my weakest section before I began prepping for DAT. But, I dont think it will be improved within a few weeks since IMO it requires overall solid bio background. Having two classes of Gen Bio do not work... Fortunately, Biochem class saves my life on cell respiration and enzyme mechanism stuffs. I can image ppl who taken many upper bio classes do better job in this section. And also, I understand why dschools loves ppl who have completed tons of upper div bio classes.
I am just aiming for 19-20 score for BIO so I have to pray for my luck...

You guys think it is ok to go for it in order to gain TS21??
Is there any standard score table for these tests?? If anyone knows about it, please let me know.

I've done for the ADA Free DAT a few days ago, but most SDNers mentioned it is totally incomparable with real one. It is WAY easier than real one. Thus, I've ordered the ADA paid sample DAT to better judge where I am. It will be my last mock-up exams to decide if I go for or not.

look forward to hearing back your thoughts...

Thanks.

ScratchMan,

There are not really score conversions for the Section Tests on the Kaplan resources. The main idea behind the section tests is to gauge roughly where you stand in each category. As you mentioned above Bio was your weaker section. Have you noticed by going through your wrong answers choices that you are consistently missing questions on a specific question?

Also have you taken the Kaplan FL examinations yet? This will give you a great idea of where you stand in terms of a scaled score.

If you have any more questions please feel free to PM me.
