if I remember correctly they are just asking for the concentration of the Cr04. Therefore in order to calculate it you need all the components of the Ksp equation except for [CrO4]. Youre right about the [Ag] being 2s but you are only squaring the concentration which is equal to 2s in Ag2CrO4. they give you everything except the concentration of Ag which is derived from the other Ksp equation of AgCl. you use that concentration (which is equal to the 2s) and plug it into the first Ksp equation.
