Kaplan not being able to access AAMC material

Has anyone had any problems accessing the AAMC material on Kaplan?
For the past 2 months I haven't been able to access any of the AAMC exams nor the AAMC self assessment package that Kaplan offers.
I have contacted them and they keep mentioning that everyone is having the same problem.
Any suggestions of what I should do at this point?

Kaplan was very buggy for me too. Like right now, I can't even access my account to look for you. But were you able to find the AAMC links under the "Additional Resources" tab? That's how I got to the AAMC site to take their tests.
 
Yes I can go to the tab for additional resources but when I click on the AAMC practice tests or the assessment package, it gives me an error of course access error. But I can access all the other stuff.

I didn't know they are this terrible.
 
Once in a while I'll click on that tab and will get an error message. I'll then do something else for a minute or two, come back, and it's working. No big deal.

However, if you've constantly been getting the error page for two months and haven't once gotten to e-mcat then you may have a technical issue. Call 1-800-KAP-TEST and get connected to the technical support team (don't bother trying to explain to a customer service representative). Kaplan hours are 9-10 M-Th, 9-9 F, 9-5:45 S-S. In the past I've found the technical team to be pretty efficient and effective, I hope they can fix your issue.

I have never had this issue. I've been using AAMC materials from kaplans site every day for the past month.
 
They suck
I contacted them and they can't help me with the issue.
I am contacting the manager and see what happens.
This is just a shame ... I don't recommend Kaplan to anyone anymore...

If they weren't helping you, why didn't you elevate it 2 months ago when you initially had the problem? Anytime I've encountered any sort of issue with online bugs they are fixed within 10 minutes of me calling them. They certainly have their faults, but customer service isn't one of them. They have always gone the extra mile for me, including shipping me an extra set of books for free because I forgot to pack them on my flight home for christmas.
 
Which browser are you using? I've never seen this happen. I normally recommend chrome for use with the kaplan website. But this sounds like an enrollment issue. I just checked the sample student accounts, and everything seems to be working fine there. Did you extend your access date by any chance?
