They have step 2 ck review books for all the rotations, that would be your best bet. Not many people use them on here so I couldn't really say if they are good (except for surgery, that's pestana and it's one of the best). They might not be completely comprehensive, but usually kaplan makes pretty good stuff. Probably sold directly from kaplan.
