kaplan OAT 2003 edition!?

Do you guys think a 2003 edition of the big kaplan OAT test prep book is too outdated? It's probably the same material right? And the level of difficulty should be.... the same?????

I didn't know I was purchasing a 2003 edition when I bought mine, and now I'm worried the version is too old to prepare me if the exam is harder than the previous years.
Did OATs get harder as the years went by??
