Kaplan Oat Subject tests

I had bought the oat from someone a while ago and they were suppose to send the subject test to me too, however I still have not recieved them and really need to start taking them. Can those be sent through the computer (thats how they said they were sending them)? If so how much would you charge for those and the keys with explainations? I need them asap. Please pm me if you can help. Thanks
