I just wanted to know if any1 experienced live lectures by Kaplans best Dr. B (he rocks!!) for pathology.

I wana know how good he is for the step.

Yeah Ive heard his LIVE lectures (more info+high yeild) are WAY different then his videos

Barone is the best part of Kaplan. His live lectures are AMAZING! Just beg him to pace himself so that he can finish the whole book for you. He's used to the Live Lecture timeline, and sometimes doesn't finish the whole book when teaching at a Kaplan Prep Retreat. The Prep Retreats are usually shorter, so he sometimes doesn't get to the neurological diseases, which is a shame.

I know this thread is about Kaplan, but my vote goes to RR path since its an extremely good integrative source. As far as Kaplan goes, I know quite a few people who have done well with Kaplan + UW, so if thats what you have, go ahead with it. Its a bit on the shorter side, but I would think that with UW, you would be able to cover any gaps.
